Remember that this is a large vehicle, please take caution when parking it. Only park in areas that have plenty of room to navigate in and out of. If you are not sure you will fit, don’t try it. Watch for children and be extra careful in shopping centers, near schools, in residential areas or in parking lots.
There will be no passengers allowed to ride in the rear of the truck at any time. There are two seats in the truck which means two occupants only, no exceptions. Parties may follow behind in another vehicle if necessary.
Please serve guests from the window of the truck. The rear of the truck may be used if necessary, but there is no public access into the truck at any time. There is not climbing or jumping on or from the truck by guests.
No additional banners, signs or decorations that penetrate the structure of the vehicle may be used. Agents may promote themselves by video, or a posted sign adjacent to the truck.
Please observe and follow all traffic laws. Drive the speed limit at all times. This truck is very top heavy and it requires caution when going around turns and driveways etc. Anyone not following traffic laws will not be offered the Treat Suite a second time.
If you are scheduled to use the truck on a weekend, you must come by the office and sign the paperwork, and get instructions on use of the vehicle and the accessories during the week before the weekend. Augusta Financial is typically not staffed with people who can go over the use of the truck on weekends.
Guest drivers of the truck must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance. Only authorized people are allowed to drive the vehicle and to enter the truck to serve ice cream. Guests assume all liability for any accidents or injuries that are caused while driving the “Treat Suite”.
Ice cream and Candy are to be paid for in the amount of $.75 per piece. Please keep track of what you give out. Guests are to the share the cost of the items that are handed out. Invoice and payment to be dropped off immediately when the truck is brought back.
Please return the vehicle in the same or better condition when you received it. Put our USB, iPod and remotes back into the plastic bin in the ice cream truck when finished. Clean any spills and throw away all trash. After you are finished return the keys to Heather Sielke in Suite 300.
